Richard Dent has over 18 years in the Energy/Telco/IT Markets. After a long and successful NFL career, Mr. Dent formed his own firm, RLD Resources, LLC (RLD) in the early 1990’s. RLD holds MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) certificates with the City of Chicago, Cook County, the State of Illinois and the Federal General Services Administration. Along with RLD, Mr. Dent is also the Founder of the Make a Dent Foundation, a Chicago-based not-for-profit that facilitates the advancement of inventive ways to help people help themselves and those around them lead productive and satisfying lives. Paul Neilan, Attorney

Paul G. Neilan has more than thirty-one years of experience as an attorney concentrating his practice in all aspects of energy and telecommunications, with an emphasis on matters arising from deregulation and competition in those fields. He has a comprehensive expertise in competitive electricity supply and renewable energy, and has represented commercial, industrial and governmental energy users in both litigation and transactional matters. His long experience in the energy industry makes him a highly skilled negotiator for his clients. Paul handles legal matters for RLD Resources.

William Lynes, Partner & COO

Bill Lynes has 40 years experience in the computer industry in product R&D and business management. It began with top secret clearance as a scientific program engineer for the DOD writing nuclear missile software for the Polaris Poseidon submarine program. His career includes work for Wang, IBM, Microsoft, GE, Oracle, Apple, and HP developing patented e-commerce technology. He started several Internet-centric companies and took one public. At RLD, he oversees early-stage planning and execution that supports the company’s energy business initiatives. Mr. Lynes has a BS degree from the University of Heidelberg, Germany. Bill oversees business development for RLD Resources.

Kelly Shelton, Advisor

Kelly Shelton has more than 20 years of professional problem solving experience having held various positions of increasing responsibility from Systems Engineer to Sales Manager to Energy Management Director. Kelly is a LEED AP, has been named Energy Manager of the Year by the Association of Energy Engineers and is also a Certified Energy Manager. Kelly is a Chartered Industrial Gas Consultant as designated by the American Gas Association and a past co-chair for the Chicago Solar Partnership. Kelly is the President and CEO of her own energy management company, Shelton Solutions, Inc. , and is also the president of the Chicagoland Chapter of the Association of Professional Energy Consultants. Kelly holds a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) and a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University (DeKalb, IL). Kelly oversees Energy Management Services for RLD Resources.
